15th FOUNDATION DAY
PARAS INDIA NGO celebrated its 15th Foundation day with great enthusiasm, fun and frolic on 24th August 2022 at all regional centers. During the celebration, The head of organization, in his address, emphasized on 15 years of successful journey and told that PARAS was started with a particular focus on providing education to underprivileged children, who did not have any access to education facilities. During long 15 years of journey, the organization conducted education program in urban slum and remote rural & tribal areas, medical camps and general health awareness program, livelihood and skill development program, awareness program, disaster management program, sanitation drives, counseling program and other welfare initiatives. We have also organized an open discussion with community persons on organization's achievement, challenges and future plan.
Student-Led Plantation Drive
At Ashram Paddhati School, a community-driven plantation initiative highlights the importance of environmental awareness. By involving students in tree planting, the project fosters a greener ethos while instilling a sense of responsibility. The diverse selection of trees, including medicinal and shade varieties, ensures a lasting ecological impact. This effort not only enhances the environment but also nurtures a generation committed to sustainability.
PARAS SILAI SCHOOLS IN SOUTH DELHI
After successful implementation of 1st, 2nd and 3rd batches of Silai schools, One more batch has been organized in slums areas of south delhi by collaboration of R SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. This program help to create opportunities for self-employment which will help women to generate income along with develop their self-confidence and be able to inspire the other women of their community. This
training program has been organized at Community Hall, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019 from 25th April to 1st May 2022.
